Capsticks has many years’ experience in the healthcare regulatory arena. This has led several regulatory bodies to seek our help as they review their procedures in order to ensure compliance with the Human Rights Act whilst also providing for the timely and efficient adjudication of cases. We investigate and prosecute more than 100 cases of serious professional misconduct each year. In undertaking this role we are “ambassadors” for our regulatory clients, ensuring that cases are prepared and presented professionally and efficiently and that witnesses are supported throughout the process.
